Structured Telecommunications Team What you'll actually do: • Supervise fibre installations and maintenance projects. • Manage a team of technicians to ensure high-quality results. • Report on field operations and coordinate daily tasks. • Troubleshoot and restore fibre networks as needed. • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. What you'll bring: • At least 5 years of experience in fibre optic splicing. • Proven supervisory or leadership skills. • Strong understanding of OTDR and OLTS testing. • Ability to diagnose and resolve fibre faults. • Reliable vehicle for travel to various locations.
