In this role, you will be responsible for crafting customer-facing copy for various products, including notifications and error messages. Your focus will be on clarity and consistency throughout the user journey, not just individual screens. You will also contribute to evolving our content standards and style guides, which serve as the foundation for the rest of the team’s writing.
A key aspect of this position is leveraging AI tools to identify patterns and optimize content. You will actively engage in reviewing product messaging to ensure quality before it goes live. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and has a knack for thinking about content in terms of systems and patterns.
To succeed, you should have a solid background in UX writing and experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and QA teams.
