Tier 3 Project Engineer (Azure/Microsoft 365/Security - Remote)

As a Tier 3 Project Engineer at UPTIME, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing projects centered on Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include leading the delivery of complex projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with both internal teams and client stakeholders. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a flexible schedule.

In your day-to-day work, you will manage projects from discovery through deployment and handoff. You will design Azure solutions, execute Microsoft 365 projects, and implement identity solutions using Microsoft Entra ID. Additionally, you will handle endpoint management with Microsoft Intune and troubleshoot any networking issues that may arise. Your ability to produce high-quality documentation and mentor junior engineers will be key to your success in this role.

This position is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of hands-on IT engineering experience, particularly in a managed service provider (MSP) environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals is essential. You should also possess excellent communication skills to thrive in a remote-first environment. A relevant Microsoft 365 certification is required, ensuring you have the necessary credentials to lead and deliver projects effectively.
