Altron is looking for a Support Technician to join their team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will work closely with both internal IT staff and customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating with team members to install and configure end-user computing (EUC) systems and ensuring that any unresolved issues are escalated appropriately.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a Matric certificate and a Technical Support NQF Level 4 qualification, along with a Diploma in Information Technology. You will need strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
