A1L Realizations is looking for a Lead AI Engineer to join their team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing prompt engineering, system governance, and the entire lifecycle management of AI prompts. Your expertise will help ensure that AI systems are efficient, reliable, and aligned with best practices in observability and monitoring.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Leading the development and implementation of AI prompt strategies. • Managing the governance of AI systems to ensure compliance and effectiveness. • Overseeing the monitoring and logging of AI performance metrics. • Collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to enhance AI capabilities.
