They are currently seeking experienced Desktop Support Engineers who can provide first and second-line technical support to end-users. This role requires a solid background in Desktop Support, particularly in high-volume environments like BPO or Managed Services.
In this position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktops and laptops. You will interact directly with users, ensuring they receive timely and effective support. Your day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing hardware and software problems, guiding users through solutions, and maintaining documentation of issues and resolutions.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of dedicated Desktop Support experience. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong customer service skills.
