As a Junior - Mid IT Technician, you'll be part of a team that values communication and problem-solving skills, helping clients resolve their technical issues efficiently.
In this role, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing both on-site and remote technical support. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems, ensuring clients have a seamless experience. You'll also assist with Microsoft 365 user support and administration, install and configure various devices, and support network infrastructure, including routers and switches.
The ideal candidate is someone who is tech-savvy and eager to learn. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. While a relevant IT certificate is preferred, it's not mandatory. Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and networking concepts will set you up for success in this role.
