Equity People is looking for an L3 IT Engineer to join their team in Sunninghill. In this role, you'll provide Level 3 support to our external clients, ensuring that their IT issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting complex problems, communicating with clients to understand their needs, and providing on-site support when necessary.
You will be responsible for: • Delivering high-quality technical support to clients • Diagnosing and resolving IT issues in a timely manner • Collaborating with other team members to improve service delivery
