A1L Realizations is looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join their team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will work closely with Cloud Engineers, Platform Engineers, Big Data Engineers, and MLOps Engineers to ensure that services are restored quickly when issues arise. Your main responsibility will be to manage and troubleshoot complex problems, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining service quality.
On a day-to-day basis, you will engage in collaborative efforts to diagnose and resolve technical issues. You will need to be proactive in identifying potential problems and work with various engineering teams to implement effective solutions. Your role will also involve documenting incidents and resolutions to help improve future responses.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT support and a passion for technology. You should have at least five years of experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of cloud technologies and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with Big Data and MLOps will be beneficial but not mandatory.
